Grouse Hunting
Northern Wisconsin is home to possibly the best populations of Ruffed Grouse and Woodcock in the world. We specialize in guided hunts by the day, or the week. You will start the day off with your guide picking you up wherever you are staying, providing lunch, and putting you on birds with some of the best pointing dogs in the country; or you can bring your own dogs if you would like. Hunt as long as you would like. Stop at The Flambeau Forest Inn for an after hunt cocktail and get dropped off at home whenever you're ready. The fall of 2009 saw a 30 to 40 flush epr day average of Grouse and countless numbers of Woodcock. The best day we flushed a whopping 63 Grouse and 46 Woodcock.
If you are not looking for a guide, the Flambeau crew is full of information. We can provide you with maps and get you started in the right direction. The restaurant is also equipped with a 6 unit motel . You are welcome to stay with us or we can help you find a cabin for larger groups to stay.

Fishing
The Sawyer and Price county area offer some awesome fishing opportunities. Muskie, Walleyes, great Large and Smallmouth Bass populations along with Trout and Panfish give a wide variety of species to chase after. Just minutes from the Flambeau River; take the adventure and tame the Flambeau Muskies and Smallies. Hundreds of lakes with Connors and Lake of The Pines right out our backdoor give you great options. We specialize in Muskie trips with the option of going after a trophy or hitting a numbers lake. Fish in comfort with all equipment supplied, bring a camera though because all of our fish are released. We also offer Smallie and Largemouth trips on the Flambeau River and the many area lakes. So get a guide or stay with us, we will be happy to point you in the right direction.

Wwe go above and beyond, the baits are maintained early and often throughout the summer. We specialize in Bait sitting but can get you lined up with dog hunters if you would like. Our many trail cameras show whats happening throughout the season. Wwe will keep this site updated weekly with new pics.
